Why SwiftDine
Built for Sylhet. Built for speed.
National apps treat Sylhet as a footnote. We only do Sylhet, so the routing, the zones and the delivery fees are tuned to these streets and nowhere else.
A delivery network shaped around Sylhet
Riders are matched by real road distance across the zones people actually order from, not a straight line drawn on a map. Short hops stay short.
Live GPS tracking, start to finish
Watch the order move from the kitchen to your gate on a live map, with a realistic arrival time that updates as the rider moves.
Call your rider without giving out your number
Calls and messages happen inside the app itself. The rider never sees your phone number, and you never see theirs.
How it works
Four steps, about twenty-five minutes
No account juggling, no hidden charges at the end. What you see at checkout is what you pay at the door.
- 1
Order in seconds
Pick your area, browse the restaurants that are genuinely open right now, and check out. Items that are sold out are greyed out, never hidden.
- 2
The kitchen starts cooking
Your order lands on a tablet in the restaurant with an audible alarm. They accept it and start cooking — usually within a minute.
- 3
A rider picks it up
The nearest available rider is offered the job while the food is still cooking, so the collection and the cooking finish together.
- 4
Track it live, then eat
Follow the rider on the map, message them in the app if you need to, and get a notification the moment they reach your gate.
What we deliver
One app. Everything.
We started with restaurants because that is what Sylhet asked for first — but the same riders bring groceries and pharmacy items on the same evening.

Our commitment
Every order gives back.
৳1 from every single completed order goes to Palestinian humanitarian aid. It is automatic, it is not an opt-in, and it does not cost you a taka extra — it comes out of our margin, not your bill.
How you can check it
We publish the transfer receipt and the order count it was calculated from every month. If the two do not agree, tell us and we will correct it publicly.
From the very first order
৳1
We publish the transfer receipt and the order count behind it every month, from month one.
Platform
Everything the platform does
One system serving customers, restaurants and riders — each of them with tools built for the job rather than an afterthought.
Fast delivery
Orders are dispatched to a rider while the food is still cooking, so nothing sits waiting on a counter.
Private contact
You and the rider talk inside the app. Neither side ever sees the other’s phone number.
Pay how you like
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bangla QR, or a debit or credit card. Bangla QR costs us the least, so we flag it as the cheapest.
Updates at every step
A notification when the restaurant accepts, when a rider collects, and when they arrive. No refreshing the screen to find out.
Trust and safety
Every restaurant and every rider is verified before they go live, and personal data is encrypted at rest.
Transparent pricing
Every line of the bill — food, delivery fee, any discount — is shown before you confirm. What you see is what you pay.
Tools for restaurants
A tablet app for the order queue plus a dashboard for menus, hours, pausing items and reading the day’s sales.
A fair deal for riders
Per-delivery earnings visible in the app, a clear cash ledger, and payouts on a fixed schedule.
Giving back
৳1 from every order to Palestinian humanitarian aid, published monthly with receipts.
Reviews
Sylhet has already tried it
From the closed pilot we ran with families and offices around Zindabazar — real orders, real riders, real food. Public reviews join them the day the apps land in the stores.
“The tracking is the part that changed things for me. I stopped calling the restaurant to ask where the food was, because I could just see it moving.”
“I ordered at 11:40 at night for medicine and someone actually came. That is not a thing that normally happens here.”
“The bill at the door was exactly the bill on the screen. No delivery charge that appeared from nowhere at the end.”
“I like that the rider could ring me through the app when he could not find the gate, and I did not have to give him my number.”
“We use it for the office lunch order now. Twelve people, one order, and it turns up in one trip.”
FAQ
Questions people actually ask
Where does SwiftDine deliver?
We operate inside Sylhet city. At launch that means Zindabazar, Amberkhana, Shahjalal Upashahar, Tilagarh, Subid Bazar, Mirabazar — and we add zones as we sign more restaurants in them. If your area is not on the list yet, the app will tell you rather than take an order we cannot deliver.
How fast is delivery, really?
We aim for 25 minutes from confirmed order to your door. Whether we hit it depends on how far you are from the kitchen and how busy that kitchen is, so the app shows you a per-order estimate rather than a slogan. We would rather quote you 40 minutes and be right than quote 20 and be wrong.
How does the ৳1 to Palestine work?
Every completed order sets aside ৳1, which we transfer monthly to a registered humanitarian organisation working in Palestine. There is nothing to opt into and nothing added to your bill — it comes out of our commission. We publish the receipt and the order count behind it each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery at launch, plus bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bangla QR and debit or credit cards through our payment gateway. Card details are entered on the gateway’s own page and never touch SwiftDine’s servers.
Can I order groceries and medicine, not just food?
Yes. The same riders deliver from partner grocery shops and pharmacies. Pharmacy orders that need a prescription will ask you to upload one before the shop can accept.
Is my phone number shared with the rider?
No. Calls and messages run inside the SwiftDine app itself, so the rider never sees your number and you never see theirs. We deliberately do not use phone-network call forwarding for this.
What if the order is wrong or never turns up?
Report it from the order screen and support will pick it up. If we or the restaurant got it wrong, you get refunded to the payment method you used, or in cash for a cash order. Our refund terms are on the Terms page, in plain language.
Do I need the app, or can I order from this website?
The apps come first. Ordering on the web is planned for after the Sylhet pilot settles — this site will tell you the day it goes live.
Be there on day one
The apps land in the stores shortly. Restaurants and riders can start their paperwork today.
