SwiftDine is built in Sylhet, for Sylhet. Not a national rollout that reached us fourth.

Why we started

Ordering food in Sylhet has meant using apps designed for Dhaka. The zones are wrong, the delivery fees do not reflect how far anything actually is, and support is a call centre that has never been to Zindabazar.

We thought a city of this size deserved a service that knows it. So we are building one thing well — Sylhet — before we think about anywhere else.

What we believe

Show the whole price before someone commits. Every line of the bill is on screen at checkout, and the number at the door matches the number on the screen.

Pay restaurants and riders on a schedule they can plan around. A delivery business that squeezes both ends is not a business, it is a countdown.

Say what is true. Every number on this site is one you could check, and the ones that only exist after launch get published the week they do.

Who runs it

SwiftDine is operated by Eastmark Holdings and run by a small team based in Sylhet. Everything — the apps, the dispatch system, the support line — is built and answered locally.
