The numbers, plainly
On a ৳500 order you keep ৳425. We take ৳75 and out of that we pay the rider, the payment gateway, and the ৳1 Palestinian aid donation. There is no second invoice at the end of the month.
The delivery fee is charged to the customer separately and paid to the rider — it never comes out of your food revenue.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing to join. You pay 15% of the food value on orders that we actually deliver, and nothing else — no monthly fee, no setup fee, no photography fee.
Do I need a trade licence?
Yes. We need a valid trade licence to list you, and a BIN/VAT registration if you have one. Our team helps you get the paperwork together if it is not in order.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, on a fixed day, to a bank account or bKash number you nominate. Every payout comes with a statement listing the orders behind it.
Can I stay on foodpanda as well?
Yes. We do not ask for exclusivity, and we will not penalise your ranking for being listed elsewhere.
What if I run out of a dish?
Pause it from the tablet. It greys out for customers immediately rather than disappearing, so people can see it exists and is coming back.
