What you need
- A motorcycle or bicycle in working order
- A valid NID
- A driving licence and bike registration, if you ride a motorcycle
- An Android phone that can run the rider app
- A bKash number or bank account for payouts
- To be 18 or over
We verify your NID and licence before your first shift. Your documents are stored encrypted on servers in Bangladesh and are never shared with customers or restaurants.

Rider questions
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. You go online when you want and offline when you want. There is no minimum and no rota.
How much can I earn?
It depends on how many hours you ride and how busy the evening is, so we are not going to print a number we cannot stand behind. Each job shows its pay before you accept, and your totals are in the app.
What happens with cash orders?
You collect the cash and the app tracks exactly how much you are holding. There is a cash limit — once you are holding that much, you settle up before taking more cash jobs. It protects you as much as us.
Do I need my own phone?
Yes, an Android phone that can run the rider app and hold a charge through a shift. A cheap recent handset is fine.
What happens to my NID copy?
It is stored encrypted on servers inside Bangladesh, access is logged, and it is never shown to customers or restaurants. See the Privacy Policy.
